Healthy Future US operated beginning in 2018 under the fiscal sponsorship of Arizona Community Foundation (ACF).

Donations to Healthy Future US are tax deductible under its own tax exempt status, and have been tax exempt under the 501(c)(3) status of ACF.

Healthy Future US is an Arizona nonprofit corporation.
